Incorrect e-mail address while trying to ask for product key

Incorrect e-mail address while trying to ask for product key

Hi

I am trying to activate FreeOffice 2024 - Textmaker. When I click on "Get free product key" and I enter my e-mail address, it takes a while (about a minute) and then I get an error message "Incorrect e-mail address".

What are the requirements of the e-mail address to get a product key? I am using my current e-mail address that I have been using for years without problems to send and receive e-mails.

Any help is appreciated.

The requirement is that you should have a working mail server. :-)

You publish an IPv6 address for the MX record of your domain, but no server responds there. Either configure your mail server to listen on IPv6 or remove the IPv6 from your MX DNS record.

Didn't realize that IP6 traffic was not working as IP4 is OK.
