Divider Line

I am currently tying to edit an HTML document.
I want a horizontal rule. I have seen a "divider" before, but now I can't find it anywhere.
I want you to know that I cannot find the word "divider" in the TextMaker documentation.

I found the hamburger menu, object, new horizontal line under "Notes on the HTML format".
