Font managers

Is the font manager bundled with the Elegant Medieval Fonts collection the same font manager that's bundled with MegaFont NOW? The file sizes are very different.

Elegant Medieval Fonts contains a simple font installer (only for the fonts in the package), MegaFont NOW has a complete font manager.
