I’m planning to switch to Linux soon and have a document created with TMF for MacOS—it was actually created by converting a pdf to docx using the Adobe website. The issue is that the document doesn’t display properly on Linux. From page one I can see some lines are pushed down to the next page. I’ve also tried TM on my iPad and the document displays correctly, so I believe this is a problem with the Linux version only. Any ideas?
Document displays incorrectly
Re: Document displays incorrectly
Thank you for posting your problem. It's actually not an issue with the TextMaker for Linux but some fonts and formattings are operating system dependent, that's why it's showing little difference in line spacing in your attached screenshot.

Thank you! Forgive me if this is a stupid question: Will this improve by switching to Wayland?
Re: Document displays incorrectly
No, but if you want, you can try it.

Update: I followed these instructions to install TrueFonts on Fedora:

Rendering is now perfect, matching TextMakerFree on MacOS, and iPad.

Side note: It’d be GREAT if the SoftMaker developers switched to Wayland so the looks on Linux is on par with MacOS and Windoze
