Print all in one paper

Post by PTR »

Hi

Is there an option to select that the table I am seeing is reduced to fit the size of my paper? So if it is currently two pages, so that it gets reduced to 1 page?

Yes, to achieve it, please follow these steps:

1. Please select the table/range which you want to print.
2. Click on ribbon command File | group Print | Define page range.
3. Click on print preview to check if you are getting one-page print only.

If it's still in multiple pages, please follow these additional steps:
4. Click on Page setup | Options | Scaling options (bottom left corner).
5. Select “Specify number of pages in total” in scaling mode.
6. Select 1 in pages.
7. Click OK.

HI

I dont see any option that says GROUP PRINT.
If it is to click on print, it doesnt have any option either to print on one page.

Page setup doesnt have any button that says options anywhere.

Can you please explain further?
