Martin:
I have encounter this issue since a few versions back. Is rather annoying when one is doing a distro update (zypper dup). One should not have to use sudo zypper -E zypper for security reasons. Why is necessary to preserve environment variables when upgrading SMO? The package should be agnostic to the user environment variables. And this is not a new topic. I am referring to this thread. Seems to me that all of us using OpenSUSE Tumbleweed have been experiencing the same annoying error.
Nberg3:
For now upgrade using this command: sudo -E zypper up softmaker-office-nx

Re: 1211 Update Fails
Had the same problem today and for tumbleweed users “ sudo -E zypper up softmaker-office-nx ” does the job for softmaker-office-nx-1214 as well.
Just in case someone has the problem today , too. Thank you for the advice.
