Text to Coulmn

How do I use the formula to do this in PlanMaker. It states in the manual to use the command Data | group Text | Text in column. I'm not sure how to use this command properly to make it work. Could someone provide me an example of the command that will work for me. Thanks.

Thank you for your post, but this feature is available in commercial editions only and not in FreeOffice.

What package will I need to purchase to gain this feature. Also will it have the option when printing you can select Fit to Page.
