Zotero

Post by Leigh »

Hi
I'm checking out Zotero on Softmaker24.
Where are the settings now for Zotero plugins etc, please?
Cheers

If you are using the ribbon interface go to References and look there for Zotero. For more information take a look at TM's manual.

Thanks @Igsl !
Zotero integration looks great
No equation editor though :(
maybe look at an external solution for equation editor - can even do it in Joplin, bt have to see how to import equations

SMO NX integrates nicely with Zotero 7 on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS without the need to install LibreOffice. (LO is absent in the minimal Ubuntu install.)

I think the most sensible way to install Zotero on this system is to use the deb package (which is not entirely official, but is recommended by Zotero).

Description on the Zotero website:
https://www.zotero.org/support/installation
https://github.com/retorquere/zotero-deb

(I'm refreshing this thread because integration with Zotero is a very important issue and a serious advantage of Softmaker Office.)
