I want to change my cell properties, such as font size, permanently.
The instructions say Home/Format/Cell Styles/Manage cell styles from dropdown list. But there is no dropdown list, just a set of different styles.
Am I missing something?

That option is only available in the commercial version, SoftMaker Office.
However you may edit the files:
Documents\SoftMaker\PlanMaker 2021 templates\English (US)\Normal A4.pmvx or Documents\SoftMaker\PlanMaker 2021 templates\English (US)\Normal.pmvx and change your font size there for all cells and then save.
Note1: you must open the file via File | Open and then browse to the template location. You can't use windows explorer.
Note2: If your planmaker is in a different language other than English US, please replace it in the paths above.
