I've been banging my head against the wall on this for a while. I had Office NX Home installed, and just upgraded to NX Ultimate in order to use SmartChat. I first uninstalled Home, rebooted, then installed Ultimate, but SmartChat isn't visible in the Review tab. I customized the ribbon, found the SmartChat option and added it, but it's now greyed out on the ribbon.
I suspect that Office Home is still installed, even though I have an active Ultimate subscription now. It never asked me for an update license key on installation. Any way to fix this?

In one of the applications, open ? | Manage license and enter the product key again. This revalidates the license.
