Update the Softmaker Office 2024 Pro

My Softmaker Office 2024 Pro (purchased on 7/6/2023 in the process of purchasing "Upgrade to SoftMaker Office Professional 2024 for Windows, Mac and Linux"), was originally installed with Textmaker, Planmaker and Basicmaker products, and has been daily used since then.
Today, when trying to update my Softmaker Office 2024 Pro, with the installation of Softmaker Presentation, the system simply uninstalled Softmaker Office 2024 Pro completely, and no longer processes the installation of the product.
I request some kind of guidance on the problem, both from the Forum and from Softmaker, as I cannot do without this tool.

Thanks for your post. Please run the installer, agree the agreement, click on custom on next screen, select all the options there and proceed with the rest of the process to finish the installation.
