PlanMaker Crash

PlanMaker sudden crash!

I was working on entering accounting data into my spreadsheet when all of a sudden PlanMaker just disappeared. Next thing a screen appeared from Apple asking if I would like to record the crash and send it to Apple.

SoftMaker Office 2021 worked great on this machine:

- A 2019 Apple iMac 27, with an Intel i9 processor and 64 gigabytes of ram.

- Radeon Pro Vega 48 GPU with 8 gigabytes of ram.

- The Operating system is MacOS Ventura 13.4.1


With SoftMaker Office 2024 I have yet to work more than ten minutes! SoftMaker Office 2024 rarely runs for more than five minutes.

All other apps on this iMac are working fine.

Softmaker Office had a brand new Operating System installation to work with. Before I installed Softmaker Office 2024 I booted into Internet Recovery, erased Macintosh HD I and reinstalled MacOS Ventura 13.4.1.

I then downloaded and installed Softmaker Office 2024.

Note: PlanMaker and TextMaker crash only when data is being input from the keyboard.
