Confusing Icons
Confusing Icons
I wanted to add the "save as" icon to the Quick Access portion of the user interface and realized that the icons for "save", "save as" and "save all" are the same. This is, of course, confusing and I suggest there be 3 different icons for the 3 different actions.
Re: Confusing Icons
Thanks for your post, but these are three different icons:
Save: Single floppy disk.
Save as: Three dots under single floppy disk.
Save all: Two floppy disks.

Re: Confusing Icons
You are correct, but I had to take a screenshot and expand it to see the differences. It might be the combination of a 13" screen and my 76 year old eyes, but I think the icons are too similar to be easily distinguished.
This is not an issue, due to the size of the icons and the text, in the File section of the UI, but in the Quick Access section, they are quite difficult to distinguish.

Re: Confusing Icons
Yes, quick access have smaller icons, but these three icons are different. I have forwarded this problem to product management.
To distinguish these, you can place them in sequence, like Save > Save as > Save all.
Or enable the touch mode temporarily by clicking on the hand button (Second button).
