Unable to install current beta version

Hi,
I've just downloaded 64-bit beta version for Windows and I'm getting 2503 and 2502 errors.
(VirtualBox 7, Polish Windows 10 22H2 guest)

It may be some problem with my Windows. I was able to install SO by running the installer from the admin command line.
