SOLVED - Envelopes not printing correctly

The Problem:
Select Mailings -> Envelope and print an envelope using the correct size. The orientation and alignment are not correct.

To Reproduce:

1. Start a new letter and select an addressee.
2. Click on the Mailings -> Create -> Envelope icon.
3. Fill in the fields for the Sender and Addressee.
4. Click on Paper Settings and select standard.
5. In the 3x3 matrix of envelope radio buttons, click on the one in the very center.
6. Click Print Envelope and the addressbook.sqlite addresses will appear. Select the address you want and click insert.
7. The standard print dialog will appear and you can print the envelope

Below is a picture of the correct rendering (top) made from my own template in Textmaker 2021 and below is the defective envelope made in Textmaker NX 2024.

The top envelope is printed correctly. It is made from a user created file.

Did you check the offset values in Paper settings...? Are these settings the same as in your version used previously?
See the screenshot.
Also, it would be recommended to use the new file format .tmdx instead of old one .tmd
Using old file formats can be a reason for unwanted problems.

I did try the offsets and they had no effect. Also note that the generated envelope is upside down.

When I printed the first envelopes I failed to also select the printer paper size as sown in the photo below:

It was also necessary to choose a different orientation for the envelopes.
