Freeze Rows/Columns

Existing spreadsheets with frozen rows/columns open with no rows/columns frozen. Indeed all spreadsheets seem to open at A1 regardless of how saved in previous version.

Our developer team have fixed this problem and the solution will be included in future revision 1109.
