I can't send a message to support

I can't send a message to support

Hello

I'm trying to send a message to support, but after clicking "send message" nothing happens. I have checked all the fields. After a few seconds, the screen changes with the following message:

{"type":"error","text":"Could not send mail. Please try again later."}

But I don't understand what it means. What text error?
I will appreciate someone can help me.

Thanks for posting your problem. Are you using any firewall or proxy server which is blocking software's communication with the server?

I don't know why but, despite the fact that an error appeared when I tried to send the message, it seems that the message arrived since they recently responded to me.
