How restore Planmaker 2021 REGISTER?

How can the Tab Register be restored to a file in Planmaker 2021?

The Tab Register disappeared from only one Planmaker 2017 file. There are 11 worksheets, accessible by using [Ctrl-Shft-Tab.] The file is 1.6Mb on disk and uses 60Mb memory when inactive. (Usually, 50% or more hardware memory is available.) No other files are affected, however, no other files are as big.

Recently, Planmaker was upgraded to 2021 with no improvement. Windows 10 was updated to the current version, although the Register disappeared under the previous Windows version.

Any suggestions for making it re-appear at the bottom of a worksheet?
