Delay when copying and pasting

When copying multiple rows of data, there is a 2 second delay when pasting into another cell. Perhaps this is due to the recalculation of the data of the entire file when copying information. The file .xlsx weighs 6.5Mb. The book has 26 sheets. 1000-1500 lines per sheet. And 6-21 pillars on each sheet.
I checked my file in OnlyOffice and Microsoft Office and there is no such delay. It's also not related to the OS. The file opened in Fedora, Linux Mint, Solus. It has nothing to do with computer performance. Tested on Intel i7, RAM 16 Gb and AMD Ryzen 3, RAM 8 Gb.
Perhaps the delay is caused by the INDIRECT(ADDRESS(...) function. It is often used to define an array.

Please click on ribbon command Formula | Update data | Settings... | Recalculation | Recalc only before | Uncheck copying, click OK.
