Can't save to Google Drive

When trying to save to Google Drive, I do not see my files and folders - this is what I see.

In other programs I have no problem saving to folders on my Google Drive. Is there a fix for this?

Thanks for posting your problem with screenshot, but we are unable to reproduce this problem. Please make sure you are using the latest Google Drive app provided by Google.

You can also try to reinstall Google Drive app and then check.
