Good morning from the Philippines.
Recently had a Chromebook, unfortunately it is managed, and I cannot use Linux.
I, however, can install under Android. When I install PlanMaker, there is a warning, "This app has been created for ARM processors. Your Android device does not use such a processor. The application will not quit."
Can I use the SoftMaker Android products under ChromeOS? Tried the HD version (which I have a license), but it does not show under Google Play, and I can't install the app offline.
App for ARM Processors?
Re: App for ARM Processors?
Thanks for your post, but Chrome OS is not a supported operating system. You can follow our article How to run SoftMaker Office on a Chromebook.
Re: App for ARM Processors?
Thanks for the link, but the chromebook I have is managed, thus I can't turn on developer mode and Linux, so I can't install the Linux version of Softmaker. It is weird that the app said that it is for ARM only, and not that the OS is unsupported.
