Open files from a different account

Post by Pierre-Jean »

Hi everybody,
I use FreeOffice on Windows 11. On my computer, I created 2 accounts : administrator and a second account. I would like to use files (readable and writable) for both accounts.
On my second account, I saved a filed named text.docx in the Public Documents directory. I checked this directory was stated "shared" by the file explorer. Furthermore, this file has no FreeOffice protection.
When I want to open this file in FreeOffice on my first account. I got an error message "unable to open the file text.docx.
I did the same thing with a file text.txt saved with Notepad and I don't face with the same kind of problem.
Thanks in advance for your help.
