Digital signatures

Post by Caveman1962 »

Hi
Is there any plan to add digital signature functionality, ie a trusted .pfx file for signing and certifying documents? I need the ability to certify documents a a true copy of the original.

Is there a facility to preflight a document to check for errors when pdf's are being printed professionally before saving (as in Adobe Acrobat DC & Callas pdf toolbox). Preflight checks the PDF document for any issues or problems, such as two different color spaces (RGB and CMYK) or missing fonts, and lets you fix the files before you run into problem.
This would be really useful for files being printed by a professional printer.

Thanks for your post. Yes, digital signatures feature is already available in FlexiPDF Professional and NX Universal. For more details please visit this user manual page: Digital signatures.

FlexiPDF also has a "Problem report" function: https://help.softmaker.com/flexipdf2022 ... eport.html

Hello,

How do I sign a PDF document with a physical certificate in FlexiPDF? It is a certificate on a cryptographic USB support and it is not possible to export a PFX or P12 file from this certificate

Thanks

Unfortunately, we only support signing PDF files with PFX and P12 certificates.
