Chinese font can't be input by keyboard

I love this app so much. But there is a bug that I can only input English when I try to input in chinese with my bluetooth keyboard, while when I turn off the bluetooth keyboard and tap the virtual keyboard, I can input chinese characters easily. As far as I know, this is a common phenomenon for Chinese users. I'd be really grateful if developers could fix the bug. Thank you so much.

Thanks for posting your problem. Please click on the ribbon command File | Options | General tab | Enable "Extended support for Asian fonts" | OK.

thanks so much for your reply. I've enabled "Extended support for Asian fonts" as your direction, but it works only when I input chinese by virtual keyboard. When I connect my external keyboard and try to type chinese, I can only see English characters. Besides, I also try to change some other input method but it dosen't work.
As I know, there are many Chinese users who meet this problem and make their every effort to solve that. But we all failed. We'd be very grateful if you can figure out its cause and fix that.
