Trouble getting key for FreeOffice2021 on Linux

Hi,
I have downloaded & installed FreeOffice 2021 (rev F1046.0405) 64bit on puppylinux (xenialpup 7.5 64bit).
Running ok.
However, when I tried to get the product key after entering email address, an error appears: "Could not connect to server. Please check your internet connection and click Retry".

I disabled the firewall and tried again. But no success.

I had an old key for FreeOffice2018. That is not working for this version.

Pl. help me resolving this issue.

Thanks for your reply.
However in the meantime, after waiting for a loooong time for reply, I got it activated on LUbuntu (which is being used in dual boot mode by me) successfully.
Then the same key worked in puppylinux.
It means puppylinux might be blocking the online process inbetween (even after disabling firewall).

But thanks anyways for the free key...
