Trouble getting key for FreeOffice2021 on Linux

im having similar problem. installed softmaker, got product key but when i put in the error comes up internal error -12 contact softmaker customer service. when i ring it says only for commerical use. can anyone help here

Please make sure that your computer is directly connected to the internet without any blockage. If you are still getting the problem, then please share a screenshot of the problem.
