I need to add custom merge fields to my documents. I'm not looking to do a mail merge from a database or spreadsheet.
For example:
The document will be run in OneSite (property management software) where the fields are defined. I need the fields to be filled in with the custom information that the user has entered in OneSite. I can do this easily in Word by using the Insert Quick Parts, Field, MergeField option. However, I don't see that option for TextMaker.
Does anyone know how I would go about doing this?
Thanks.
Custom Merge Fields
Re: Custom Merge Fields
Sorry, but I can't quite follow you. Am I right when I suppose that you have data stored in OneSite fields and want to import them into TextMaker fields?

Did you ever figure out a solution for creating the mergefield?
