Incorrect percentages

Post by Léon »

What I have noticed for some time: even with the simplest graph, wrong percentages appear in the data captions.

Please see the illustration.

A should be 62.01%.

Dear SuperTech,

As far as I know I am on version 2021.

Is this the latest?

Yes, that's the latest. Then why you posted in FreeOffice 2018 forum. I have moved it to correct forum.

As we are unable to reproduce this problem, please share this sample file in which you are getting this issue so that we can test it at our end.

Also, share your sminfo file, which you can generate by clicking on '?' > About > Write system information.

The bitter truth is that I had no idea that there are two different forum sections for FreeOffice.

I accessed the forum through an old bookmark. I apologise for this.

The sample file:

sminfo file:
sminfo.txt

More than 10 days ago I posted, by request, a document above here.

Will there be any response to this?

Apparently the problem was already known in the 2018 version.

What is the status of it now, please?

Please update your FreeOffice to rev 1046 and then create a new file again, as in this sample file, the graph is corrupted and not linked with the data source.

In any case, after two recent updates, I am at the latest version.

I copied the data into a new document, but did retype the figures.

I then inserted a new graph.

The percentage is still/again incorrect.

Please see the graphic.

Dear Mr. SuperTech,

This is really very good news, I think.

The problem with the percentages is, of course, a relatively minor one, but since I discovered it I have been paying attention to it.

It will no longer be necessary to do that in the near future.

Thank you very much!

Since the latest version of PlanMaker, this problem seems to have been solved indeed.
