pls support universal fm such as cx explorer, ez explorer so that u dont need to support each cloud one by one

Please let us know the details of the problem with the screenshot which you are getting when trying to access SoftMaker files from the above-mentioned apps. You can open the files using SoftMaker Office while using these apps without any problem.
