Activation

Post by dmase44 »

I have been using FreeOffice for several years from 2018 thru 2021 versions. The issue I'm having is every time I accept Pop Os 20.04 updates it changes my office suite to a trial edition or unactivated edition. The product key from my 2018 edition does not work. When I enter my email address to get a key I get an error SoftMaker does not accept the e-mail address [my email address].
My latest FreeOffice version is 2021_1046-01. The only work around I have used several times is to delete the SoftMaker folder and paste in the folder from my back up. This is getting old and frustrating. Is there any way to solve this issue?

This should work now. Your mail server had accidentally been placed on the list of blocked domains, and this has been corrected.
