Problem Opening Documents

Last days I have a problem opening a document in Textmeker and Planmaker with double click from windows explorer. I get an empty screen and the file is not loaded. But if I start the program and then open the document from menu, it opens without problem or delay. I use Softmeker Office for many years and I never have this problem. The Softmaker version is 2021 and the OS is windows 11. The only that I change in my computer recent is the monitor (a Dell 2021 at resolution 2560x1440). All other applications works well.
