Google Account Mismatch warning

First time I've run into this. I'm getting a warning that my Google account is mismatched after I load my document from Google Drive and begin working on it. I open Drive through Softmaker Android Textmaker and choose my account, load the doc again, and get the same warning even after I have chosen my Google account. This looks like a serious bug I haven't seen before.

Same thing different documents and different devices. The files show up when I go to Open, Google Drive, but they won't load. My account at Google says Softmaker Office has permission. So I'm at a loss.

Once in awhile they will load, but when I try to edit and then save changes the above window pops up.

Just one account. My personal account.

Please clear "all app data" from app info of all three apps, reinstall three apps and check if you are still getting this error.

Yes, still getting the error. I can open the doc, but when I try to save it I get the same account error screen.

Why don't you guys partner with an online storage platform so you won't be at the mercy of changes in code by Google, etc.?

I think OfficeSuite for Android does this.

Our developer team have fixed this problem and the solution will be included in the next update of SoftMaker Office for Android.
