No access to SD card
No access to SD card
On my Galaxy A72 (Android 12), Textmaker is unaware of the presence of an SD card and therefore I can't save or load files to/from there. I didn't find a way to get this working, so is this "by design" (bad!)?
Re: No access to SD card
Thanks for posting this problem, but I am unable to reproduce this as external storage showing in my open dialog box. Please click on ribbon command File | Open and share a screenshot of your open dialog box.
Please also check if you are able to access your SD card from Android's native file explorer app.

Re: No access to SD card
I have access to the SD card in many other apps, including the file manager.

Re: No access to SD card
My SD card is encrypted with the phone's built-in encryption (Samsung Galaxy A72, latest OS version installed [One UI 4.0, Android 12]).
I had issues in one other app (Neutron Player) when trying to select a folder on my SD card using the app's own file selector. Thankfully the app offered me the file selector of the Android storage framework as an alternative which worked fine. Maybe the SD card encryption causes my issues with TextMaker (that doesn't seem to use the Android storage access framework)...
