Document Launch Fails after Windows 10 Update

Hi,

First post here.
I am using SoftMaker for Office 2018.
Have searched the forums here and not seen a solution to the issue I have,
so thought I would post and see what happens.

The programs were launching fine, but at some point after a Windows update (windows 10)
I could no longer launch files directly.

They cause windows explorer to go not responding and I have to end task on it.
I can open all files from within SoftMaker by regular file open.

If there is a previous post solution to this let me know please.

Thanks for your first post. No, there is no such previous report by any other user.

Are you getting this problem with any other program also?

Please check if there is any conflict of your antivirus software, and please update your security software and drivers also. Please let us know if this resolves your issue.
