Auto percentages at 10,000%

When I try to convert numeric values into percentages category, these are always turned to 10,000%. I don't know how I can tune this scale to the standard 100%. This is what is shown in the preview of the cell format information:

The value 1 means 100%. The value 0.1 means 10%. The value 0.01 means 1%. If you keep this in mind, you will see why the value 100 will be displayed as 10000%. Changing the formatting to percentage does not change the value in the cell, it just displays it differently.
