Tooltip descriptions missing translations

Tooltip descriptions of TextMaker, Presentations and PlanMaker are missing translations. My system's language is Brazilian Portuguese and the tooltips are displayed in English in the Whisker Menu on Xubuntu 20.04.

I took the initiative and translated the tooltip descriptions for brazilian portuguese, maybe it can be useful.
