Hi,
I am using 2021 professional softmaker.
I have a text maker doc, more than 900 pages, and each time when opening the doc, some of the pages, the layout change. I need to go thru page by page to ensure and correct the layout. It is a daunting and time consuming task, that need to go thru page by page, to make sure that the layout is ok,. before sending for printing.
Is there anyway to 'fix' the layout so that the layout can be fixed as original?

In which format did you save? *.doc, *.docx or *.tmdx?

This is a strange issue and cannot be solved here in the forum. Could you send the document to forum(at)softmaker.com, refer to this thread and describe which layout features have changed?

Re: how to fix the doc layout before printing
I attached two images, first image (top) is the correct version.
the bottom image, is after opening the file. Note that first two lines, some characters on the second line have been pushed to the third line.
This issue seem to be random, each time happen at different line/section.
Appreciate your help.
