Printing Cancelled "(stdin)" on <printer_name>

Hi all,

New to Softmaker.

Bought the new version 2021 by paying. Updated with latest service pack 1026.

Initially working fine. Suddenly throwing error while printing to my printer. The error screenshot is attached.

Please help me in resolving this issue.

Thanks for reporting this problem. Please check the following things:
Are you getting this problem with this specific document or with all documents?
Are you able to print from other applications like PDF, browsers etc?
Please print this document as PDF in TextMaker and see if you are getting any error.

Also, share your sminfo file which you can generate by clicking on '?' > About > Write system information.

Hi there. Thanks for replying.

I am getting this problem with all the documents having created through TextMaker or PlanMaker.
Yes. I am able to print from other applications like, text file editor, PDF reader, any browser, etc.
Yes. I am able to export this document into a PDF one, whereas printing to a file in PDF form ends in error.
"SMINFO.TXT" was mailed already. Attaching here once again.
Also, I made a video of the whole thing and attached to the support email, I hope that could explain everything visually.

Thanks for sharing details and sminfo. I have forwarded the details to our developers team for further investigation.
