Get initial "features" popup window back

How do I get the initial pop-up window that describes the features? I think when I closed it out, I told it that I didn't want to see it again. I was wrong. I want to see it again. How do I get it back?

Are you talking about the dialog box that lets you choose between menus and ribbons? Right-click on any ribbon or toolbar and choose "User interface" from the popup menu.

After I installed SoftMaker 2021 and it started for the first time, there was a popup or a window or some sort of html document that detailed the new features. When I closed it out, it never appeared again. I would like to see it again. Is that possible?
