Help! MUST have larger icons on interface

I need to have the user interface much larger. The icons are so small I
cannot understand them. I searched in forum & found an answer from 2016,
but it no longer works! There is no "Use large icons" box under TOOLS /
options / appearance. Surely there is a way to do this? I like every other
facet of this, but it's unusable as is. I have lots of room for larger ones on my big monitor. Thanks.

YES!!! So many thanks!!! I didn't try that because I don't have a tough screen. Maybe it needs a better location.
