I can't uninstall it!

I installed the trial version and want to uninstall it. But when I try, I get two messages:

They are in Brazilian Portuguese. The first says that Windows can't find syspin64.exe; the secondo says something like "The specified account already exists".

Then the uninstallation is reversed and nothing happens.

Please, help me to uninstall it ASAP! TIA.

Thanks for sharing screenshots of the error. These errors occur due to corruption in Windows so please repair your windows and after that, you will able to uninstall SoftMaker Office.

I found a working link on another forum, downloaded and ran the Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter. Altough the first message appeared three times like before, now the 2021 suite was uninstalled. Thanks again, case solved.
