Bullets being converted to clapperboard

Hi,

If I open a Word document in Textmaker, the bullets all get converted to clapper boards. It looks as though this is a font substitution issue with the original bullet's character and font not being found or the default Textmaker font for bullets being different to the original Word document.

Is there a work around please?

Thanks for sharing the file and screenshots. I opened the file and found that bullets are showing correctly in TextMaker at my end. Please check the screenshot and your file saved by me, I sent them by email.

Please reinstall SoftMaker Office and check Or you can also try these steps if you don't have any specific settings or documents saved in SoftMaker Folder:
1. Close all SoftMaker applications like TextMaker/PlanMaker.
2. Rename Documents/SoftMaker folder.
3. Try to open this file in TextMaker and see if that resolves your problem.
