Crashes

PlanMaker crashes so much I can't use it.

• I am using conditional formatting and data validation.

• I tried 64 and 32 bit versions

• I am trying to use xlsx format

• I am coming from office, i tried using existing files AND starting one from scratch.

• Windows 10 Pro

It looks like you haven't sent in any crash report, even though the software asks you to do that after a crash. Why didn't you send them?

It becomes unresponsive, and I have to end the processes.

OK, that's not a crash then. Please make one or more of these documents available to us, either by uploading them here or e-mailing them to forum (at) softmaker.com and referencing this thread. Include step-by-step instructions how to reproduce the hang.

Since you responded I opened it again and started playing with it. Seems like it usually freezes when I try to move the window...

Just type things, enter, tab, and move the window around.
