Can't change default template

I was providing feedback for the Beta and all my posts have disappeared. Template cannot be altered:

Just downloaded the 30-day free trial and it still behaves this way - think I will be sticking with 2018!

No, they haven't, it's just that the forum has been rearranged with new sections for the official release. The beta section is further down the start page:
