Hi all,
I've been using PlanMaker this morning and I noticed that it was almost too easy to drag and drop cells, when all I needed to do was select a contiguous group of cells with a left mouse click and drag (like Excel).
Is there any setting to adjust the time you hold the mouse button before the little selection square appears, to avoid the cell being dragged unnecessarily? (It was easy to undo, of course.)
(But PlanMaker makes for a pleasant change from Excel so far. )
Thanks for your help

Re: PlanMaker drag and drop adjustments
You should only drag when the + sign appears, otherwise, you'll move the cells.
Re: PlanMaker drag and drop adjustments
Hi Miguel,
Thanks for your quick respone.
I fear that we're not on the same page (or should that be "sheet" as we're talking about PlanMaker? Sorry... that was corny. )
What I was asking about is this: when I click on a cell and hold the mouse button down, after about a second a little box appears with a + sign in it, and if I drag somewhere at this point, the contents of the cell are moved.
That's neat, but I'd like to know if it's possible to adjust the time to 2 seconds, or disable this entirely, so I have to do "ctrl x" and "ctrl v" (or use the context menu) to cut and paste?
Thanks for your help,
Roger V.

Re: PlanMaker drag and drop adjustments
Unfortunately, that time can't be adjusted.
