Office frustration

I have been attempting to install Office for some time and today I decided to reach out and get some help. Every time I try to install I get a message telling me there is a newer version already installed which is quite bizarre as I've never actually installed this piece of software. I have an error code for you which I hope will be helpful, 2732.

Please help me as this is going to drive me insane.

Please go to the Windows Control panel > Add/Remove Programs and check if you have any of the following software installed:
1. SoftMaker Office 2018
2. FreeOffice 2018
3. Ashampoo Office
If you do, uninstall them all
Then rename the folder Documents\SoftMaker to Documents\SoftMaker-Old
Finally, go to https://www.softmaker.com/en/applications and download the latest version from there.
