doc file is not opening

Hello and thank you in advance. I can't open first file in textmaker, but can open second one.
Cant' find out what's the difference between them and how to open first file in tetmaker.
( I can only open first file in MS word, resave it into doc naming "second" and then open it in textmaker)

Your file is not a DOC file. It's an XML file. If you open it in notepad you'll see it starts with:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

TextMaker doesn't support XML files.
