no way to receive a key

After installing the Mac version of freeoffice2018 , when starting any of its 3 components I am instructed to apply for a licence key , but on clicking the request button I continually get the response that the server is not available, although I have a perfect internet connection.

Any suggestions for getting the key in an other way ?

Hi, please disable your firewall temporarily or add licensing.softmaker.com to your firewall whitelist.

Also, please download the latest version 971 that will probably solve the issue.

The issue is not resoved yet, I downloaded today last version and can't get the key
