Hello everyone,
I have being using FreeOffice in Manjaro (Arch Based Linux) for short time and I am impressed with it, especially the Latex support and format convert.
I would like to make a useful suggestion for writing books (and research papers) it is important to keep track of references Zotero is for now as I am aware preferred option for many Linux Users (mendeley is not popular or usable anymore with the new corporate owners) and the only feature that is missing in FreeOffice and LibreOffice has is https://extensions.libreoffice.org/exte ... ntegration Zotero Integration.
Also I am not really sure why Manjaro is not mentioned in https://www.freeoffice.com/en/tips-and-tricks-linux since I am 100% sure it works on it.
I use same username on manjaro forum in case you wanna check that https://forum.manjaro.org/t/apps-for-do ... sed/103335
Great work on FreeOffice my preferred Office Suite, love the Latex support, and with Zotero possible integration it will be close to perfect.
EDIT:I am not 100% sure if FreeOffice supports latex format or my test file was just simple and it read it as RTF or HMTL, but latex add on would be great.

Re: FreeOffice on Manjaro
Hi, we are already looking at Zotero integration. Could be included in the next major release of SoftMaker Office.
You can see a thread about it in our German forum:

Any updates on Zotero? It's been a year.

Zotero is already working with SoftMaker Office 2021 for Linux. You can test it by installing latest SoftMaker Office 2021 for Linux.
