Compatibility problem printing

I use an Excel spreadsheet provided by the school for a time card and bus route report.
It is one sheet but is very populated and has multiple fonts.

I can print it fine in Microsoft Excel 2007 on 1 page.

When I print the same file in PlanMaker I get 4 pages instead of 1.
The Right side is missing a few characters and the bottom drops off one line which prints on one of the 4 pages.
The Title is also lacking the top line.

I have removed margins in PlanMaker and it makes no difference.
The print preview looks perfect.

This appears to be a compatibility issue.

Any suggestions would be appreciated because I do not own Microsoft Office.
